Asynchronous SRAMs
Our asynchronous SRAMs offer low power consumption and high speed. They are available in various memory sizes ranging from 64K to 64M and support multiple supply voltages such as 1.8 V, 3 V, 5 V, and a wide range from 2.7 V to 5.5 V. With a variety of package options including SOP, sTSOP, TSOP I, TSOP II, BGA, PDIP, and SOJ, they provide flexible integration into your designs.
Serial PSRAMs and SRAMs
Our serial PSRAM and SRAM solutions offer efficient memory with SPI and QPI interfaces. One example is the LY68L6400, a 64 Mbit pseudo-SRAM that supports both SPI and QPI protocols. It is available in compact package types such as 8-pin SOP and 8-pin DFN.
