Asynchronous SRAMs

With a variety of package options including SOP, sTSOP, TSOP I, TSOP II, BGA, PDIP, and SOJ, they provide flexible integration into your designs.
Serial PSRAMs and SRAMs
Our serial PSRAM and SRAM solutions offer efficient memory with SPI and QPI interfaces. One example is the LY68L6400, a 64 Mbit pseudo-SRAM that supports both SPI and QPI protocols. It is available in compact package types such as 8-pin SOP and 8-pin DFN.
